Petitioner made representation to the first respondent on 24.8.2015 followed by another one, dated 19.9.2015 with request to delist Private Tour Operators In the said representation, petitioner wanted cancellation of pilgrimage allotment made to Private Tour Operators by conducting enquiry. As the same has not been considered by the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the first respondent will look into the said representation and pass appropriate orders.

3 Considering the same, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
