Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in respect the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7217/A1/2016 proceeding dated 27.10.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent, quash the same and to direct the 3rd respondent to return the petitioner's certificates and salary for January and February 2015 through post.

O R D E R

The petitioner was employed in the third respondent/school and has deposited all her educational certificates with the third respondent. The petitioner was denied salary for the month of January 2015 and hence, the petitioner was compelled to resign from the school in February 2015. However, the third respondent refused to return the certificate and also to pay salary for the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner's advocate sent a letter dated 09.03.2015 calling upon the third respondent to return the original certificates. the certificates were not returned and therefore, the petitioner gave representation to the educational authority and the educational authority passed an impugned order directing the petitioner to receive the certificates from the school authorities. The said impugned order is being challenged before this Court by way of this writ petition. 2.When the matter is called today, the learned counsel for the third respondent returned the certificates of the petitioner and also paid one month salary, which the petitioner's counsel received and also made endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3.In view of the above endorsement, this writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
