2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners has produced a copy of the final report dated 31.12.2015, filed in the above crime number, wherein it is mentioned that action against the petitioners was dropped in view of lack of evidence.
3. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in this original petition has become infructuous. Hence the original petition is closed. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is also closed.
