Comp.A.Nos.326 to 355, 366 to 381, 425 to 429 and 438 to 513 of 2022 Comp.A.Nos.326 to 355, 366 to 381, 425 to 429 and 438 to 513 of 2022 in C.P.No.36 of 2006 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This Court vide order dated 05.01.2023 passed the following order: "All these Appeals have been filed by the claimants against the rejection of their claim made by them, however, they have not come forward to produce any photo copies of the documents to substantiate their claim including the claim statements which are said to have been filed before the learned Official Liquidator. Therefore, post the matter on 20.1.2023 on which date, the learned counsel for the appellants is directed to produce copies of the documents."

2. The learned Official Liquidator submitted that subsequent to the above order passed by this Court, the applicants have furnished certain documents and they were called for the clarification regarding documentary proof on the date fixed by the learned Official Liquidator.

3. The applicants furnished letter sent by the learned Official Liquidator stating that they have called for to furnish the documentary proof on 24.01.2023 at 11:00 am and for clarification regarding the same. Therefore, based on the documents produced by the applicants, the learned Official Liquidator submitted that the claims of the respective parties will be readjudicated. 3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Official Liquidator, all these applications are closed. The learned Official Liquidator is directed to readjudicate the respective claims of the applicants based on the material documents produced by the applicants, subsequent to the filing of the present applications before this Court.

4. Accordingly, all these applications are disposed of.
