O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The stand of the State authorities is that seven children have been handed over to their parents, but Mr.R.N.Manikandan, Chairman, Child Welfare committee, Kanchipuram District at Chengalpet and Mr.Zahrudeen Mohammed, Member, Child Welfare committee, Government Special Home, Chengalpet, present in Court seek to suggest that they were never consulted in the process, and thus, there appears to be some element of misunderstanding.

2. Be that as it may, learned Government Pleader states that the children will be produced before the Child Welfare Committee, Chengalpet, so that whatever precautionary steps have to be taken are carried out.

3. The minor child who has given birth to an infant would also be produced before the Child Welfare Committee.

4. The needful be done within one week from today. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
