This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kallakurichi, Viluppuram District in Crl.M.P.No.10449 of 2017 dated 22.12.2017, which was subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.337 of 2018, dated 05.02.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I at Kallakurichi, Viluppuram District in Crl.M.P.No.10449 of 2017 dated 22.12.2017, which was subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.337 of 2018, dated 05.02.2018.

4. Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kallakurichi, Viluppuram District, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10449 of 2017 dated 22.12.2017 which was subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.337 of 2018, dated 05.02.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report before the respondent police on the first day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
