2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, on the basis of the complaint given by one E.Rathna against the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and closed. Petitioner is no more required for any enquiry.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that petitioner is no more required for any enquiry, there is no need to pass any orders in this petition.
