The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that the request of the petitioner to the third respondent and forwarded to the second respondent dated 30.05.2019 has been positively considered by the second respondent and he has forwarded the proceedings to the first respondent on 21.06.2019. It is submitted that the proposal forwarded by the second respondent, is under serious consideration by the first respondent.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent that the proposal of the second respondent dated 21.06.2019 shall be considered within a period of eight weeks from today.
