ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.408 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent within a time frame

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, first information report in Crime No.408 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 447, 341, 294(b) and 506(1) IPC was closed as "Mistake of Fact" on 15.07.2018.

3. In view of the closure of the first information report as "Mistake of Fact", this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if petitioner is aggrieved against the final report, in the manner known to law.
