ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.104 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, First Information Report in Crime No.104 of 2018 registered for the offences under Section 447 and 294(b) IPC was closed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sankari under Section 468 Cr.P.C for non-filing of charge sheet within the stipulated time.
