ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in the light of the earlier direction made in Crl.OP.No.12818 of 2016 dated 20.06.2016, and to submit the final report in respect of Crime No.2 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, it is not a fit case to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. However, the respondent Police is directed to conduct the investigation expeditiously in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed 17.08.2016 ds To:
