O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to complete the registration of the Sale Agreement, which is initiated on 25.05.2023 and followed by the Sale Deed registration.

2. The petitioner presented a Sale Agreement for registration. The said document was returned on the ground that the petitioner has not furnished the original title document or Non-Transferable Certificate.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, based on the written instructions submitted that the petitioner has to produce the original title document or NonTransferable Certificate if the original document is not available.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the certified copy of the title documents are available, if so the Sub Registrar can verify the certified copy of the title document and ascertain its genuinity and thereafter proceed with the registration if the presentation of the document is otherwise in accordance with the procedures contemplated.

5. This being the factum, the respondents are directed to accept the certified copy of the title document, if produced by the petitioner and after verification of the same, the respondents shall proceed with the process of registration by following the procedures as contemplated.
