This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.8(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.10140 of 2025, dated 08.04.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.8(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.10140 of 2025, dated 08.04.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on Tuesday of every week at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
