JUDGMENT

The appellant herein is the respondent in A.S.No.333 of 2006 on the file of the IV Additional Court, City Civil Court, Chennai has preferred this appeal praying to set aside the order dated 30.11.2007 passed by the lower appellate Court.

2. The appellant has filed a memo stating that the building together with the leasehold right of the property in dispute was taken over by the Corporation of Chennai from the appellant and therefore the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has become infructuous. The Memo is recorded.
