By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner has retired from the services of the Water Resource Organisation of Public Works Department as Work Inspector - Grade I and he is drawing pension. The petitioner claims to have rendered 33 years of service. The petitioner would state that as per G.O.Ms.No.304 of Finance Department dated 28.03.1990, the scale of pay of Rs.1400-2300-60-2600 for selection grade for those who are on the ordinary grade of Rs.1200-2040 has been provided and so also in respect of categories of employees in the post on the ordinary grade of pre-revised scale of Rs.780-1385 and Rs.905-1545, corresponding selection grade to Rs.1045-1775 prior to 27.06.1989.
3. The petitioner has now expressed his grievance that his Bill War particulars as well as revision of pension have not been given to him in spite of repeated representations, the last of such representation was submitted on 06.07.2015 to the first respondent and since no orders have been passed, he came forward to file this Writ Petition.
4. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
5. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to respondents 1 to 5 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and respondents 2 to 5, on receipt of such representation, are directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
