This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an Order dated 08.04.2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 6927 of 2024, to report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 AM for a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in two months for a period of six months.
