2. While a direction was given to consider the case of the petitioner, as well as that of the fifth respondent, however, inadvertently, consideration of the case of the fifth respondent has been omitted to be mentioned. Therefore, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent prays this Court to modify paragraph No.5 of the order dated 27/1/2025 passed in W.P.No.15285 of 2024.

3. Considering the fact that there seems to be an inadvertent error in paragraph No.5 of the order dated 27/1/2025 passed in W.P.No.15285 of 2024, para No.5 shall stand replaced as under:- 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

"5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court without entering into the issue projected before it, directs the third respondent to forward the records with regard to the approval of the petitioner to the first respondent through the second respondent and the first respondent is directed to consider the approval of the appointment of the petitioner as also the fifth respondent and decide on the approval and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid correction and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
