ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Cr.No.14/AC/2020/CC-II of 2020, on the file of 1st Respondent and to quash the same against the petitioner and thus render justice.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the respondent police registered the FIR in Cr.No.14/AC/2020/CC-II of 2020 and the same is pending from the year 2020, thereby pleaded to quash the same.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that on completion of investigation, the FIR was closed as 'mistake of fact'.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the documents placed on record.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent that on completion of investigation, the FIR was closed as mistake of fact, the present Criminal Original petition is closed.
