Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for R1 and R2, officials of TANGEDCO and is armed with instructions to enable a final disposal of this Writ Petition, even at the stage of admission.

2. In light of the order passed and seeing as the interests of the private party, arrayed as R3 have also been duly taken note of and protected, no notice is thought necessary to R3 at this juncture.

3. The petitioner has sought a mandamus directing R1 to dispose her representation dated 20.02.2024. The plea therein is for cancellation of the name of R3 and inclusion of the petitioner's name as the holder of electricity connection bearing No.589008283 (subject electricity connection).

4. A reading of the writ affidavit reveals several facts which would be better assimilated and appreciated by the authorities. Hence and seeing as the learned Standing Counsel for official respondents accedes to the receipt of representation dated 20.02.2024, mandamus is 2/4

issued to R1 to hear the petitioner and R3 and dispose representation dated 20.02.2024 within a period of six (6) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law and all applicable rules and regulations.
