ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.It is seen from the complaint given by the petitioner that one Kala is now employed in Arunachal Pradesh as a Nurse and she has brought Rs.300 crores of money from Arunachal Pradesh and constructed her house at the cost of Rs.2 crores, without getting permission from the Tamil Nadu Government. According to the petitioner, the said Kala is now employed in Arunachal Pradesh and therefore, the petition is not maintainable before this Court. The respondent is also not take action against her.
