O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the case in M.C.No.17 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Thiruchengode to some other court.

2.It is represented by the learned counsels appearing for the parties that both the parties agree that M.C.No.17 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Thiruchengode be transferred to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Salem and thus, prays for appropriate orders. 3.The said submission of the learned counsels appearing for the parties is recorded.

4.As agreed by both the parties, the case pending between the parties in M.C.No.17 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Thiruchengode and transferred to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Salem. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.The parties are directed to appear before the trial Court without fail and co-operate with the trial for expeditious disposal. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Salem is directed to complete the trial, as expeditiously as possible. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
