ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct respondents to revalue the answer sheets of the petitioner, pertaining to Group IV written examination conducted on 24.07.2022 vide Hall ticket No.1401008015 issued to the petitioner and report the matter to this Court.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that the results were published on online and the petitioner had secured only 215 marks. According to the petitioner, he wrote the examination in good manner and he was under the assumption that he would score 256 marks. Therefore seeks a direction to revalue his answer sheet.

3. Admittedly, valuation has been done on the OMR sheet. Therefore, merely on the basis of assumption and presumption, the 2/4

petitioner cannot seek a direction to the respondent to revalue his answer sheet, particularly, when there is no provision in the notification. In such view of the matter, there is no merits in this Writ Petition.
