This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in pending trial in Spl.CC. No. 7 of 2022, on the file of the Special Judge EC/NDPS Act cases, Salem.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent found the accused persons with illegal possession of 150 kilos of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that investigation has been completed and final report also taken on file. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the accused persons is commercial quantity. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. However, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
