This application has been filed to receive the documents as additional documents on the side of the applicant/defendant in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents raised strong objections that in those documents, the respondent is not even a party. Therefore, no way relevant to the present lis and also sought time for filing counter.

3. Since, it is only with regard to filing of certain documents as additional documents, this Court is of the view that no counter is required, it is only a matter between the Court and parties seeking relief, if at all when the documents are filed, the same will be received subject to proof and relevancy, the respondents are at liberty to raise objections which are legally relevant and admissible. In such an event, any such objections raised, let the learned Master record the legal objections raised during the examinations of the parties in the deposition itself and admissibility and proof will be decided during the disposal of the suit by the Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
