ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.Considering the nature of allegation made in the complaint dated 03.12.2014, document No.216 executed by one M.Sahabudin and M.I.Mubarak Ali dated 06.12.2013 filed in the typed set of papers at page No.1 and also the notice dated 28.11.2014, this Court is of the view that no criminal offence is made out.

3.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
