COMMON ORDER 1.

By consent of the learned counsel on either side, these writ petitions are taken up together for final disposal and disposed of by this common order. The learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 2.

The present writ petitions are filed seeking the relief of issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner's husband as Regular Time Scale of Forest Watcher taking into account of his seniority and qualification, on par with his juniors by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2021, 15.05.2021, 16.04.2021 respectively, in the light of the order passed in WP.No.15561 of 2006 dated 10.03.2008, WA.No.690 of 2008 dated 13.10.2009 and WP.No.23374 of 2008 dated 30.10.2009 and WA.No.607 of 2010 dated 29.03.2010 and confer all consequential benefits payable to the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners have prayed for issuance of a positive direction to the respondents, the petitioners will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and dispose of their individual representations within a stipulated time frame.

Though the petitioners have prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioners in their representations, directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's individual representations dated 23.04.2021, 15.05.2021 and 16.04.2021 respectively on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the order passed in WP.No.15561 of 2006 dated 10.03.2008, WA.No.690 of 2008 dated 13.10.2009 and WP.No.23374 of 2008 dated 30.10.2009 and WA.No.607 of 2010 dated 29.03.2010 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioners.

With the above directions, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
