ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 14.4.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 produced a copy of the proceedings dated 23.07.2025 passed by the third respondent, the Joint Commissioner of Labour I, Chennai vide Na.Ka.No.AA3/2869/2023. It was submitted that the petitioner's

representation dated 14.04.2025 had been disposed of, and thereby, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and consequently, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
