This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2892 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29169 of 2023, dated 28.02.2024.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2892 of in Crl.O.P.No.29169 of 2023, dated 28.02.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Gudiyatham Town Police Station, on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
