This petition has been filed to amend the bail satisfaction as XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore instead of XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet which is mentioned in the order copy dated 24.05.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12277 of 2024 on the file of this Court in Crime No.94 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for and time is extended to comply the order of this Court dated 24.05.2024, for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

12.06.2024 gsk NOTE : Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the order copy dated 24.05.2024 and issue a fresh order copy to the parties.
