ORDER

Though the petitioner herein has raised several grounds in the Writ Petition seeking to transfer the Investigation from the second respondent to any other Investigation Agencies, one of the grounds raised is that there is no sufficient progress in the Investigation.

2. In my view, if the Investigation Officer is directed to complete the Investigation within the stipulated time, the ends https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of justice could be secured. Hence, without going into the merits of the case and the grounds raised by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation pending in FIR No.123 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
