[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the2nd respondent to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter viz., Amirtha, daughter of Kumar, aged about 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith.

It is the case of the petitioner that her daughter Amirtha, daughter of Kumar, aged about 20 years, went missing from 17.06.2021 and that her whereabouts are not known and it is the grievance of the petitioner that despite a complaint given to the police, no steps have been taken by the police to secure her daughter. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present habeas corpus petition with the above prayer.

3. Today, Soundarapandian (Mobile No.94442 44185), Special Sub-Inspector of Police and Manimozhi, Women Police Constable 50049, S-13, Chrompet Police Station, Chennai, are present before this Court and they produced the detenue Amirtha and Ajith Kumar, third respondent herein.

4. When enquired by us, Amirtha stated that her date of birth is 22.05.2001 and she was in love with the third respondent and got married to him on 28.06.2021.

5. In view of the above, it cannot be stated that Amirtha is in the illegal custody of anyone for the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus.
