ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay, VRS compensation amount with 10% interest to them.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have joined the service of the respondent corporation as company apprentice and promoted as Senior Assistant Engineer. After rendering more than 30 years of service, they have retired under voluntary retirement scheme between the year 2021 and 2022.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that inspite of many representation, the respondents did not settle the VRS compensation amount to the petitioners. Hence, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.

4. At this juncture, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submit that they would consider the petitioners' representation within a reasonable time.
5. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
6. In view of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation and pass order, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on its own merits and in accordance with law.
7. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
