2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.749 of 2010 has been closed by the Judicial Magistrate, Arani in CMP.No.882 of 2014 as early as 12.04.2014.

Recording the same, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
