O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioners on 14.03.2023 wherein the petitioners have sought for mutation of revenue records by deleting the name of the third respondent based on the order passed by the District Registrar dated 06.05.2021 holding that registration of the document is vitiated by fraud. 2/4

2. Heard Mr.Abudu Kumar Rajarathinam, learned Senior Counsel appearing for petitioners and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for first respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners that the order passed by the District Registrar dated 06.05.2021 is in tact and has become final, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to act upon the representation dated 14.03.2023 and pass orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
