With the averment that without hearing the petitioner, name of the respondent No.5 has been included wrongly and contrary to law, petitioner made representation to the respondent No.4 on 13.2.2015 followed by another representation to the respondent No.2, dated 16.2.2015 and to the third respondent, dated 24.2.2015. As no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. In the communication, dated 16.2.2015, the respondent No.2 has stated that competent authority to consider the same is respondent No.4. It is seen from the record that petitioner has also made representation to the respondent No.2 as well as the respondent No.4 on 13.2.2015

3. Thus, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent No.4 to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, dated 13.2.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunity to the petitioner, respondent No.5 and third parties if so required.
