ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 27.08.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for survey of the property.

2. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the first respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 15.10.2020 at 11.00 a.m., and the petitioner can be present for the enquiry along with all relevant documents.

called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to conduct the enquiry and take appropriate decision strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
