This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 105 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2. Mr.A.Rajkumar, learned counsel appearing for 1st respondent and Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel appearing for 3rd respondent have submitted that they are not having any objection for condoning the delay.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and also directed to print the name of Mr.A.Rajkumar, learned counsel appearing for 1st respondent and Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel appearing for 3rd respondent in the cause list.
