The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, namely Durgadevi, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider her representation dated 16.10.2017 and to award marks for the questions in Serial 'C' question numbers 8,36, 84 and 95 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to call the petitioner to the certificate verification for the post Graduate Assistants (Economics) within a stipulated period.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. It is pertinent to note that the petitioner having secured 72 marks, as against the cut off mark, ie., 75, has not even rightly answered the question nos.8,36 and 84. The reason being is, for Question No.8, the correct key answer is 'C', whereas, the petitioner has wrongly answered 'A'. Secondly, when for Question No.36, the correct key answer is 'D', the petitioner has given wrong answer 'C'. In respect of Question No.84 also, the petitioner has given wrong answer 'B', while the correct key answer is 'A'. Even if the petitioner rightly answers the question no.95, the petitioner would not be able to come under zone of consideration, as she requires, three more marks.
In view of the foregoings, the writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
