After completion of the course in Horticulture by getting diploma, petitioner gave representation on 21.9.2015 to therespondent No.2 seeking consideration of his qualification for suitable appointment. Thereafter, he filed the present writ petition seeking earlier consideration of the same.

Considering the fact that though petitioner does not have legal right, taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation said to have been made, the respondent No.2 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the said representation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
