3 RAJAMANI 4 EGAMBARAM 5 DEVARAJAN Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To dispense with the production of the certified copy of the Na.Ka.1224/2020/A1 dated 29.09.2020, on the file of the 1st Respondent.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.BHARATH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners, and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the 1st and 2nd Respondents, and of M/S.R.C.PAUL KANAGARAJ, on behalf of the 3, 4, & 5th Respondents, the court made the following order:- Dispense with ordered.

2. The order of the 1st respondent dated 09.09.2020 is that the respondent 3 to 5 are the ownership of the business and property, which claimed by both A party and B party. The order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

seems to have given exclusive right to A party / respondents 3 to 5.

3. Mr.R.C.Paul Kanagaraj, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 3 to 5 and submitted that he is ready to argue the main revision case and seeks small accommodation to file a counter and advance his arguments.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that after the orders of the 1st respondent, he had received information that bricks have been moved from the site.

5. In view of both the parties, final arguments to be heard on 16.10.2020. Interim stay of the portion of the 1st respondent is granted. Status quo to be maintained till then. Post the matter on 16.10.2020 for final disposal.
