Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in Survey Nos.267/6 and 267/5D, measuring an extent of 0.60 cents in Pudupattu Village, Thiruvallur Taluk.

3. The learned Government Advocate has circulated a communication of Tahsildar to Sub Collector vide proceedings dated 31.07.2019, wherein, he has recommended for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner. This recommendation has been made after due enquiry conducted by the Tahsildar.

4. In the light of the above facts, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub Collector, Thiruvallur to consider the recommendation of the Tahsildar pursuant to the request of the petitioner granting patta and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
