The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that a complaint was received from the owner of the car alleging that the car been sold based on the 'No Objection Certificate' and in the said NOC, this petitioner has signed as a witness, later found that the NOC was not given by consent. Therefore, the petitioner was called for enquiry. On his appearance and further investigation, the complaint was closed. The petitioner has not been forced to pay any money.
