Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to modity the condition Para 6(b) in Crl.OP.No.13078 of 2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SATHYANARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 09.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13078 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court finds no reasons to modify the condition imposed already by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13078 of 2022 dated 09.06.2022.
