The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that a complaint by the wife of the petitioner registered in C.S.R.No.163 of 2024 and therefore, the petitioner/husband was called for enquiry. After enquiry, the case has been closed, since the parties have decided to work out their remedy before the Family Court. 3.
From the petition, this Court finds that the petitioner has already initiated divorce proceedings before the Court in Kallakurichi. Since there is no complaint as on date pending against this petitioner, the apprehension of the petitioner is unfound. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
