O R D E R
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.569 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29152 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025 in connection with Crime No. 2 of 2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in Crl.M.P.No.569 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 29152 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 30.05.2026 and thereafter, once in every six weeks on Saturday (i.e., on every sixth Saturday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 27.05.2026 AT Note:
