With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to issue joint patta in favour of the petitioner and his wife, in respect of the property in S.No.169/5, Patta No.548 to an extent of 2 acres in Patlur Goundampalayam Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District, by disposing of the petitioner's online application dated 15.11.2023.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. According to the petitioner, he and his wife purchased the subject property on 08.06.2023 and they are in possession of the said property. 2/4

It is the grievance of the petitioner that his online application dated 15.11.2023, for issuance of joint patta in respect of the subject property has not been considered so far and he has also paid necessary fees on 15.11.2023 itself. Hence, the present writ petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner's online application dated 15.11.2023 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
