(CRIME NO.23 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in the above anticipatory bail in Crl.OP.No.10799/22 dated 06.06.2022 to the extent that the petitioner's husband's blood relative may be stood as surety. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.A.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.10799 of 2022 on 06.06.2022, the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two ordinary sureties instead of the the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, one among the surety shall be a blood relative of the accused.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two ordinary sureties.
