This petition is filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondents 1,2 and 3 to execute the NBW issued by the Consumer Dispute Redressal forum Allapuzha, Kerala State against Mr.Maruthan,(manager) M/s. AGM Industries Athipalayam Pirivu, Mariyalayam Convent, Church Road, Ganapathi, Coimbatore in E.A.No.17 of 2016 in C.C.No.241 of 2013 dated 31.03.2016 and may consequently direct respondents 1 to 3 to produce him before said forum, within a specified period.
