This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.1 Court, Mayiladuthurai to complete the trial of the case pending in C.C.No.266 of 2022 within a time frame.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) 1 / 3

appearing for the respondent-Police that NBW is pending as against some of the accused which was issued on 10.06.2025.

4. The respondent-Police are directed to execute the said NBW as against A.1, A.3 and A.5 and they shall be produced before the Judicial Magistate No.1, Mayiladuthurai, on or before 23.06.2025 (Monday).

5. The status report is directed to be filed by the learned Magistrate No.1, Mayiladuthurai on or before 23.06.2025.
