O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the his representation dated 13.01.2018.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 13.01.2018 to the first respondent, requesting for alternative accommodation, but, the same was not considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits of the case, directs the respondent concerned to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 13.01.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as all the necessary parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
